This research aims to develop a next-generation innovative smart biosensing system for fish, enabling visualization, measurement, and wireless transmission of internal physiological data. To monitor the physiological condition of fish, we focused on key indicators such as blood glucose, hormones, and mucus composition, and developed multiple types of biosensors tailored to these parameters. Furthermore, sensor attachment methods were optimized for secure and less invasive application to freshwater and marine fish species. To achieve seamless smart sensing, we designed and fabricated an innovative QR code-based communication system, capable of transmitting biosensor data in real-time. System validation was conducted by continuously monitoring changes in stress-related biomarkers, confirming the utility of the proposed biosensing platform.
